LOL, Bop It is fucking amazing. I love the game, omgomgomg! lol. And I can only think of Bop It Extreme too. It has a lot more things to do than Bop It does, so it keeps you not bored for a little while, lol

Bop It Extreme 2 is awesome. The only other one I can think of has already been mentioned, Torks.

No, there's another one. Its called aRock It, made by Hasbro, same as Bop It, I think its meantto be some kindof accoustic or electric guitar, it has three buttons and 3 games plus a mode where you can experiment with the differentactions which go with the sounds. You have a flick it, where the sound hole is on a guitar, a slider on the neck of the guitar and the neck itself also twists round both ways and back again as its spring loaded. Like the Bop It, you follow the beat to the Time To Rock or Let's Do This background music. But now's the challenge. The music both changes key from F sharp to G, to G sharp to A, to B flat. This goes on for around 5 minutes and then it does the same, but at double the speed. I haven't beaten Rock It yet, lol.

Jam guitar here in the US is called nujam. There's also zing it, groove it, top it, nemesis factor, and I think this one called fast fingers. There's also another one I have that's round and has these knobs sticking out with different colors, and you need to turn the device as the colors are called out. can't remember the name of it now. I definitely recommend the groove it if you can find it though. this one has 5 lights and a light sensor. you need to pass your hand over the lights to perform different moves as they're called out. once you learn what the commands mean it's very easy and extremely addictive. way better than bop it for sure.

I had one of those guitar games and it was a lot of fun, but unstable. Had to replace it about 5 or 6 times, finally gave up on it. It was fun though and you could really jam.

The one you were talking about with six nobs here in spain is called girozac. Not sure if it's the same thing over there probably not. Anyway Ive had it for years, and we still play it.

Oh yes, I remember Brain Warp well! Initially, my mom didn't think it would be very accessible to me, since you hhad to turn the unit so that one of the many colored knobs sticking out of a central hub would be pointing upward. I found, however, that once I memorized the locations of the different colors and marked one with a Braille label for orientation, I could play it just as well as anyone else. It was definitley addicting. The only problem that I can think of is that it was so freaking loud! I seriously couldn't believe that someone thought it would be a good idea to design a game with such blasting volume! We ended up having to wrap duct tape around the speaker!

Another similar game which I had at the time was called Brain Bash. It consisted of an x-shaped unit, and each player was instructed to press a certain combination of buttons in time to a beat. In at least one of the games, players have to perform simple math problems to determine the correct buttons to press. Definitely addicting.
